google colaboratory - When using #@title, the left panel width should be able to be wider than the right panel

When I click open a cell that has a #@title, the right panel (title panel) is as wide as the left (code panel). As the browser width is made smaller, the left and right panes reduce in width equally, and the left panel (the code panel, the only panel I care about) soon gets cut off. Instead, the left pane should stop shortening in width once it reaches 80 chars, and the right pane (which only has usually a short title) should become narrower, until a small minimum width is reached, then the left pane should once again start becoming narrower.

Alternatively, the border between the panes should be movable.
