office365 - Office 365 Subscriptions - One Disabled, One Active - No access to emails

My Office 365 E3 subscription lapsed because I forgot to Extend within the 30 day grace period. So that went into Disabled status and my emails stopped working. NOte that I use Microsoft Action pack, so I get a new License key from that. Essentially I forgot to apply the key to Office 365 in Admin panel. I opened a case with Microsoft, and the person helped get the new key from the Action Pack side, and walked me through adding a new Key. That all worked, But Now I have 2 subscriptions showing up in my Office 365 admin panel, One which is Disabled and One that is active.

However I cannot get to my emails. If I try to delete the old subscription, it says all data will be deleted. So I am not sure what to do. Anyone run into this issue? How do I resolve this?

Thanks

If you subscription was in disabled state your data should have still been accessible by admins. Ideally your mailbox should have automatically been recovered however if this did not happen > Try to look for your mailbox in the EAC if not check in SoftDeletedMailbox. If your mailbox is in SoftDeletedMailbox you can recover it.

Get-Mailbox -SoftDeletedMailbox
