vscode extensions - Is there any way to generate UML, Class Diagrams or any visual graph automatically (only) from VS Code Outline section?

Question

• Is there any way or trick to do it in VS Code for python or any other language?
• We know that outline section is always created automatically if we had right extension/extensions
• Also we can see easily that VS Code Outline Section is aware property of every node and shows different icon for it

Or how can I do this with VSCode Extension API?
