How to use URLs ending with .php on WordPress?

I want to use a URL such as www.examplesite.com/home/anything.php rather than the usual WordPress URL structure of www.examplesite.com/home/anything and what if I already have a URL ranked on .PHP structure but I want to use the same URL on my WordPress site, what would be the procedure without affecting SEO
