Google Click to Deploy Wordpress Multisite

Question

I installed Wordpress Multisite - Using "Google Click to deploy" The deployment was rapid but I do not see any Wordpress Network related Menus. for example Network Admin or Network > Sites Menus Eventhough the config.php mentions the line define('WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE', true); except for that I am unable to find other WP Network settings. Please help!
