pine script - How to save amount of variable function (like time) in a specific constant variable?

Question

I illustrate what I want: We are on 30 min time frame and alert condition is RSI < 50. Normally if RSI crosses down 50 you will receive immediately an alert notification, right? OK, but I want to receive alert notification, when RSI crosses down 50 and stays below 50 (save its position) for 40 second. How I should write this code?
