android - How can I simulate in the most realistic way captured sensor data?

For App debugging purposes, I want to record and store the raw data from a Smartphone's IMU and camera lens (wide-angle) and be able to replay all back to the physical device (or Emulated one via Android Studio).

What is the best approach for simulating in the most realistic way captured sensor data? Because to be able to replicate the original latency is quite important for me. Can I do that with java, or I should better use C++ and NDK?
