amazon ec2 - How to send Notification in Alexa skill with Https endpoint on ec2

Question

We have a skill on Alexa app. Our Alexa skill has https endpoint on EC2 machine where we get request whenever any user interact with our skill. So now we want to implement notification in our Alexa skill like notify user before 7 days of his policy due date. How can we set the Notification(Proactive event API) in our existing flow. Because mostly tutorials have used lameda as endpoint. We can't change our endpoint because already so much on EC2(https url) Please can anyone help how to integrate the Notification in our existing Alexa skill with Ec2(https url) as backend
