ios - Marquee style UICollectionView

Question

I'm interested in doing a marque style UICollectionView. That is, without any user input, the UICollectionView scrolls the cells at a constant speed for infinitely long, cycling through all the cells. It would look visually quite similar to MarqueeLabel.

The infinite cell behavior is covered in this post, which I get. The thing that is confusing is the scrolling behavior.

Any idea on how to do this?
