ionic framework - Enable Cors In Elastic BeanStalk

Question

I am deploying Spring Boot App to Elastic BeanStalk.My app has using restful api to communicate mobile ios and android.But request has been blocked by CORS policy. I am using ionic platform for ios and android I edited S3 Cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) like that:

but still remain cors error. Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'XXXXXXX' from origin 'http://localhost:8100' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. I don't know what is the solution.
