Stackblitz frozen (disabled) save button

Question

I opened one of my older projects on Stackblitz, and after fiddling with it for a while, I realized the Save button is disabled, and the safe keyboard shortcut doesn't work.

The Save button in the toolbar shows a snowflake instead of the floppy like so:

Hovering over doesn't show any tooltips, but it's clearly disabled, and there is a blue arrow is pointing at it, clearly trying to say something.

Googling "stackblitz frozen save button" surprisingly doesn't bring up anything meaningful.

(I got the name "frozen" from the "FrozenSaveButton-module" in the source).

Does anyone know why that is so, and how to re-enable it?
