android - AVD UI broken on Windows 20H2

Question

I got Android API 30 x86/x86_64. Both are showing a broken UI like the image, especially after doing

npx react-native run-android

I have WSL2 with Docker using Hyper-V, so no HAXM is running on my machine, only WHPX. Is there something I need to edit to make the emulator work again on Windows? On Linux with KVM this issue is not present.
