crash - computer not outputting video on start up, boot loops

Question

I spilled some soda on my pc. it still turns on, the fans spin and my AIO works, but its not outputting video. the process i see the pc go through on power up

1: AIO fan/pump start up 2: gpu fans turn on 3: gpu fans turn off aio fans speed up to max 4: aio fans slow down, repeat steps 2 and 3

parts: MOBO: ASRock B450 PRO4 RAM: oloy 2x16 3200 CPU: ryzen 3600x GPU: 5600 thicc III pro
