video streaming - restream a stream im watching to a relative through my ip address?

im looking for something simple (i think). I'd like to watch some sporting events with my grandpa. For the big ones we'd normally just have them over but we can't do that lately and for the forseeable future.

I have ESPN+ and streams to most of the hockey games we watch etc but he doesnt. Is there a way I can send him a link what has my ip in it and he can stream it from me while I stream it so we can sorta watch it together?

Bandwidth isn't a concern as he's the only one going to be streaming off me.
