git - Java EE read properties from auto-generated file from plugin

How can I read properties that are generated by plugin? In my multi module Java EE project, gradle plugin Git gradle plugin is generating git.properties file that is located in .war package. To this point everything is as required, but how can I get access in code to these values? Getting properties from file that is declared in project structure (resource catalog) is pretty easy. Git.properties file generated by plugin after building application, isn't declared in code. It's added to .war module during building. I won't paste any code cause I've got no idea how to solve this issue. For example say, I need in my code one of the key-value field e.g. "git.commit.id"
