passwords - JAVA and auto-fill UID & PW when signing on to any website

Question

I wrote a stand-alone JAVA UID/password manager app which works well. Now I want to incorporate that as part of an auto-fill endeavor so when I log onto any website wanting both pieces of info the app will automatically fill them in. What are the steps I should take to make this happen? THANK YOU
