vscode extensions - How can I get all the folding ranges of a file with VS Code API?

Question

I'm writing an extension for VS Code. As you know, the VS Code editor creates folding ranges for certain code blocks. I want to get all starting/ending positions of all the folding ranges. I dived into the API, found some interfaces and methods, but could not make it work to get folding ranges.
