Edit Default Post Title in Wordpress for Post Duplication

Question

I am new to WordPress so this may be really very easy stuff. I have a wordpress site where I need to create similar pages for almost cities in USA , but when I try to duplicate page, it shows a different title which is not the title of the page that is duplciated.

And when i try to edit the title , it shows completely different title, this site was handed to my by the developer, so i don't know if there is a default post title set somehwere, and that's where i need the help,
