swift - How do I hibernate an iOS app at a specific time of the day?

Question

I am building a digital photo frame app in Swift. I would like the app to go to sleep at 11 pm and hope that it will also let the iPad go to sleep at that time, based on the normal sleep settings. I have tried searching for a solution, but have not come across anything so far. Do you have one?
