linux - wait for dpkg-deb --fsys-tarfile subprocess failed: No child processes

Question

Ubuntu18.04,when I start apt-get install I got a error E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem. So I do it then I continue my apt-get,but there is another error again:

dpkg: unrecoverable fatal error, aborting: wait for dpkg-deb --fsys-tarfile subprocess failed: No child processes E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (2)

I found little about this situation,please help
