mysql - Could not acquire management access for administration error

Question

I installed Mysql Workbench a few days ago. Tried to make a connection but when testing it, this error appears:

Could not acquire management access for administration: Runtime error the target host is configured as windows, but seems to be a different OS. Please review the connection settings

I already changed the installation type (in the settings section) to the corresponding one (MySQL 8.0) it didn't work. Also tried the others, and it didn't work either. Do anyone knows how to solve this?
