shell - Random Filename Format

Question

I'm trying to format output data using the following which works when I use the source filename.

tr -s '
' ',' < source_file.out | sed -e 's/,s/
/' > outputname.csv

The application writes filenames that that are sequential.

How can I exec the script to work with random source filenames and write the same ? The application allows the trigger of a script each time it writes a file.

tr -s '
' ',' < 123.out | sed -e 's/,s/
/' > 123.csv
tr -s '
' ',' < ABC.out | sed -e 's/,s/
/' > ABC.csv
