javascript - How can I solve a problem I'm having with socket.io and node.js, it seems there is no data flow between the front end and backend

I keep getting this same problem with every node app I make, because when the backend is expecting data from the front end, it never really reaches the backend, and this specifically happens only when I use socket.io or websockets, I'm using ejs as my view engine, but I also encountered a similar problem while using react, how do I solve this?
