angularjs - Changing filter value based on other column filter ui-grid

Question

In AngularJS , ui-grid Is it possible to filter values of one column according to the filter of other. For E.g if we have two columns region and countries , for each region there will be some countries. IF we filter a region e.g EMEA, in countries column filter only countries belong to EMEA should come.
