Quarkus redis logging

I′m trying to make quarkus to send logs to a redis instance, but im not sure how to start. I′ve already tried to configure quarkus-logging-gelf, but it seems that, the only possibilites now are to use Graylog, Logstash and FluentD.

https://quarkus.io/guides/centralized-log-management

Then, i started researching on how i could write my own LogHandler, as in other frameworks. Quarkus uses JBoss Log Manager, and after some looking, i fount this discussion:

https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/issues/6133

As it seems, i can make different named log handlers, but i still have to use the configured outputs:

  • Console
  • File
  • Syslog

From what i read, maybe i could only achieve this by building a custom extension (Is this the only way?), as this example:

https://github.com/hartimcwildfly/quarkus-custom-loghandler

In other frameworks, all i have to do is to write my handler and configure it to be used, can i have this in quarkus without having to write an extension?

Thanks in advance!
