Multi-tenancy Issue in Laravel

Question

I am trying to build a multi-tenancy application using Laravel-5.8. I tried to use Spatie multi tenancy or is there any other better alternative?

There is a major company and sub-companies: myapp.com, company1.myapp.com, company2.myapp.com, ... and so on

The issue I have is this which is not stated in each Saas or multi-tenancy:

1. How do make each company/tenant have it's mail provider?
2. How do I make each company/tenant Login with it's socialite e.g Azure AD, using it's own credentials?
3. How do I make each company consume it's own external API?
