geometry - I want a circle on my feature labels in openlayers

Question

I'm making a map with routes and on the sides of the routes I want the route number (the id). Now you can only see the number but I want to style it with a circle behind it. How can I style the feature labels? This is what I have done now:

text: new ol.style.Text({
                        text: feature.get('name').split(' ')[1],
                        scale: 2,
                        placement: 'point',
                        image: new ol.style.Circle({
                            fill: new ol.style.Fill({
                                color: 'red'
                            }),
                            radius: 10
