plugins - Facebook sharing working not properly on my wordpress blog

Question

I have been using the WordPress blog plugin AddToAny.

I have enabled the Facebook share on my site Readitmore.com

When I am sharing the post on Facebook it is sharing the main URL of the site.

Can anyone help with this?
