model view controller - Kendo mvc chart - problem with call js method

Question

I'm trying add some text to the chart's column. I did js method, but I have some issue with chart.

.Series(series => series.Column(column => column.NewUsers)
    .Name("New users")
    .Color("#007DC5")
    //.Visual("testFunc")) <- it's working
    .Notes(n => n.Visual("testFunc"))) <- it doesn't

As you can see, commented line is working, but it's overriding columns, so I can see only the texts instead of a columns.

When I try it with the last lane (which should add text to column, not switch text with column) it's not even entering to my js method
