azure cognitive services - Public links to video no longer valid

Question

Public links to indexed videos are no longer working. When I try and access the video I get an error message saying I am not authorized to view the video.

The links used to work. I also tried switching to priviate/public but still the video is not available. I am on a trial subscription, would that cause any issues to view the video?
