No support for Alter of constraints on sqlite dialect, anyone? I get this error with "airflow db upgrade" or "airflow db init"

While using Airflow db upgrade or airflow db init, I get the following error even though render_as_batch=True in env.py.

quote No support for Alter of constraints in sqlite dialect. Because of this my webserver is not running.
