github - deleted local git repository and lost all commits on remote repository...how can i recover lost commits on git hub?

Question

the local repository is not available any more...and what happened is that i downloaded the remote repository as a zip and open the files and made some modifications...then force pushed it again to git hub...

the situation now is that i lost all previous commits and only have the force pushed commit that i make... and the local repository as i mentioned is not available any more...

so i am not able to use git reflog to see the commits hash

is there any way to recover the lost commits on the remote repository ?!
