Survival at given time-points
Dear all who possessed greater geek-power than I.
Im putting together a survival analysis of a group of patients submitted to an intervention. Then after 365 days of follow-up I examine the mortality.
AND I wish to do so at given time ranges
0:30 days
30:90 days
90:180 days
and 180:365 days
Id like to end up with a p-value testing the difference between the two groups survival
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this.
I have tried with both survfit and prodlim but the force is to strong on the dark side.
Survfit:
fit1 <- survfit( Surv(futime,fustat)~intervention, data=ASAP )
Prodlim:
fit2 <- prodlim(Hist(futime,fustat)~intervention,data=ASAP)
I searched around but did not manage to find answers I understood.
With prodlim I managed to get the p-value (for the entire 365 days) printed on the plot (big win) but failed to anymore.
Im sure this I noob stuff, but IDK.
