How to use two different checkouts on woocommerce (multi and one-page)?

can anyone help me to solve this dilemma? Having to create a site with 2 different types of checkout, I installed the "MultiStep Checkout for WooCommerce" and "WooCommerce One Page Checkout" plugins but I still see only the first plugin working. I would like to use the first plugin only for a specific product and the second for all the others. How can I do? Thank you in advance for your help.
