visual studio code - How do I adjust VSCode scroll speed when pressing ctrl+down

Question

In VsCode, I can use ctrl+up and ctrl+down to scroll the editor up and down without moving the caret position.

When I do so, the scroll speed is very very slow. Is there a way I can adjust the scroll speed when using ctrl+up and ctrl+down?
