module - Where to find DropTailQueue submodule in OMNeT++

I need to implement what has been asked here: OMNET++ how to access function or variables in another class

The submodule that I want to reach is the DropTailQueue (PacketQueue) of the ethernet of a router. Where do I find the ethernet queue submodule in the .ned file? When I go to Router and then eth[sizeof(ethg)] I don't find any module inside.
