Link variants to the day of the week in Shopify

Question

On my shopify store I offer accommodations. On Fridays and Saturdays the price is higher than Monday to Thursday.

I need help with the code in the booking form specifically linking variants and price to days of the week.

If anyone has experience with this I would love some guidance.

I am also using a booking app. Book That App to be specific.
