content management system - ad blocks in CMS Dashbord only work with text

Question

I am having a problem with an Ad block error in my CMS, when I write a simple text or number in the Ad block area it work fine (but it's not an ad) and when I use a real ad code such as

it gives an error '' 403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!''
