python - Is there a way to query Twitter search for responses to a particular tweet?

I'm using snscrape to find tweets that match certain criteria. For instance, using

snscrape.modules.twitter.TwitterSearchScraper(query="(to:foo) since:2021-01-01")

will give me the comments on any tweet made by the profile @foo since Jan 1st 2021. 'query' in the above example can be any query that would work in the search field on https://twitter.com/search.

My question is: Is it possible to query in this way the responses to a particular tweet, not a particular user? Something like:

snscrape.modules.twitter.TwitterSearchScraper(query="(to_id:123456789) since:2021-01-01")

I know something like this is possible with tweepy, but I'm curious if it's possible to achieve by searching.
