Convert nested frameset to iframe with target using html 4.0

Question

I have a old asp project in html 4.0, but work bad in chrome.

<frameset rows="43,*">
    <frame name="intestazione" scrolling="no" noresize target="sommario" src="asp/fratop.aspx">
    <frameset cols="150,*">
        <frame name="sommario" target="principale" src="asp/fraUOG.aspx" />
        <frame id="principale" name="principale" src="asp/vuota.aspx" />
    </frameset>
</frameset>

I'am newbie in html here there are 2 framset nested and there are some target.

I like to migrate this code with iframe.

Can you help me ?
