Excel Online Connector in Power Automate returning inconsistent values

I've been using the Excel Online (Business) connector for quite a while now using the "List rows present in table" feature in a handful of flows in Power Automate. Many posts have discussed how the Date columns return as a number of type=string

{"Date": "44217"} (additional returned columns removed)

that can be converted to an integer and used with addDays() to get the date as it appears in Excel Online.

Ex: addDays('1899-12-30',int(items('Apply_to_each')?['Date']))

However, yesterday one of my Excel Online tables started returning a full dateTime string value instead.

{"Date": "2021-01-21T00:00:00.000Z"} (Same flow, connection, and table that generated the previous output)

Other spreadsheets/tables are still returning the integer values when using the same connector.

Any ideas what may be behind the change?
