python - Theres a way do read audio from a website using speech_recognition?

Question

I trying to use speech_recognition to read my audio:

  recognizer = speech_recog.Recognizer()
  sample_audio = speech_recog.AudioFile('sound.wav')

  with sample_audio as audio_file:
      audio_content = microfone.record(audio_file)
      aaa = microfone.recognize_google(audio_content, language='en-US')

but in case i have this url: "https://content.blubrry.com/flowpdc/EXTRA_FLOW_28.mp3"

Theres a way to use speech_recognition without download this mp3?
