OR

Any way by using Windows API (DllImport) ?

You are using the MenuStrip class. You can override its renderer. Here's an example, pick your own colors please.

    private class MyRenderer : ToolStripProfessionalRenderer {
        public MyRenderer() : base(new MyColors()) {}
    }
