documentation - How can I get the bin/neo4j?

Question

I refer to line 52 of readme. asciidoc, Command mvn clean install is executed successfully but the executable file is not compiled. No packaging/standalone/target generated folder.

packaging
└── standalone
    ├── src
    └── standalone-community

Did I do something wrong or was the documentation incorrect?
