Cannot add title to org-mode document

Question

I tried to add a title to my document as below :

But when I export the document to html (C-c C-e h o), i get the error stated at the bottom of the image. What can I do ?

Emacs version (Windows) : GNU Emacs 25.1.1 (x86_64-w64-mingw32) of 2016-09-17

Org-mode version : Org mode version 9.0.5
