use map inside google sheets, how do I create an API key

Question

I am just trying to create a link to a map inside a google sheet my problem is I need an API key. When I go to OAuth screen in the API request in Google cloud it asks for an app name but I have no app name because it is part of sheets, what API am I supposed to use and how do I get it?

   var ss = SpreadsheetApp.getActive();
   var map = Maps.newStaticMap();
   ss.getRange("F1").setValue(map.getMapUrl() + "&key= A key goes here but dont know how to fill out OAuth");
