azure web app service - Blazor Server App - Pass parameters to App on startup

Question

I have a Blazor Server app. How can I pass parameters in on 'start up'. The program contains the following in Program.cs. Can I pass in a Query String? or what's another method can I use.

The url looks like this https://MyApp.azurewebsites.net
