We have a workflow to get a Certificate. Users upload images/PDFs to get their Certificate.
I need to generate Certificate as a PDF(using XSL-FO layout) using Report Queries and Report Layout in Oracle APEX. Then need to merge Generated PDF and uploaded Images/PDFs in one document and merged PDF should be displayed as new tab when user clicks on a button.
Please suggest any solution using oracle PL/SQL and Oracle APEX.
