I uploaded the excel with questions and answers in Q&A Maker and first time option came replace, mistakenly I clicked on it and my complete old knowledge base is not visible. After uploading, I have not followed the step Save and Train and have not published, however, complete knowledge base is not reflecting in Q&A, only new uploaded 30 questions are coming. As of now, my chat bot is giving the replies as per old data base only, might be the reason I have not published the new excel.
I didn't exported,as earlier never it happened. First time, replace option came. Any option to recover my old knowledge base data, as I don't have the backup. We are using Microsoft Azure services.
