Uploading projection string coordinates to ArcGIS

Question

I am new to ArcGIS and trying to upload data from another program into ArcGIS (pro or online). So far the points I have can't be mapped directly in ArcGIS because our system uses projection strings(Proj4), so the x,y values are not longitude/latitude and the location data I have looks like this:
